You will receive an email when you reach 100 points. You can also can keep track of your loyalty points balance on your order confirmation emails or in your account pages. Once you are eligible for a 10% discount, head to our website and log in to your account.
You can view points, request a discount code or view any codes you have requested but not yet used from your Account pages.
Log into your account and click on the ‘My Loyalty Chips’ tab.
From this page you can also request a discount code. However, we recommend doing this from the checkout page, as explained below.
You can request and apply discount codes directly from the checkout page. To do this, add your items to your basket then proceed to the checkout page. You will be prompted to log in to your account. Once you’re logged in you will be re-directed to the checkout page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see a section titled ‘My OK Loyalty Chips’. Here you’ll find your current available rewards and any previously requested discount codes that you’ve not yet used.
Simply click ‘Apply Now’ if you have an existing code – this will automatically apply the 10% discount to your order*.
If you have a reward that’s available to claim, click ‘Get It’. The page will then refresh and you will need to scroll back down to the bottom where the code will have appeared under the existing reward codes heading. Click the ‘Apply Now’ button as above.
Note: If you try the ‘Get It’ button and it doesn’t work, please try copying and pasting the full code into the discount code box at the top of the page. If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.
