HOW TO VIEW YOUR LOYALTY CHIPS BALANCE AND GENERATE A DISCOUNT CODE
You will receive an email when you reach 100 points, or you can keep track of your points balance by checking your order confirmation emails. Once you are eligible for a 10% discount, head to our website and log in to your account. There are two ways to request and apply a discount.
One option is to go to the ‘My Loyalty Chips’ tab on your account page:
From this page, you can see your current points balance, exchange points for a discount, or view your current valid discount codes.
HOW TO GENERATE AND APPLY A CODE FROM ‘MY ACCOUNT’
If you have 100 points or more, you will be able to click ‘Get It’ under ‘Rewards Available To Claim’. This will generate a code and email it to you. If you don’t want to wait for the email to come through, you can simply refresh the page and your code will appear under ‘Your Existing Valid Reward Codes’.
To use a code, add your items to your basket then simply copy (highlight text, right click, ‘copy’/CTRL+C) and paste (right click, ‘Paste’/CTRL+V) the discount code into the discount code box on the basket or checkout pages and 10% of your order total will be discounted.*
HOW TO GENERATE AND APPLY A CODE ON THE CHECKOUT PAGE
Alternatively, you can request and apply discount codes from the checkout page. To do this, add your items to your basket, then proceed to the checkout page. You will be prompted to log in to your account – once you have done this, you will be re-directed to the checkout page.
Scroll to the bottom of the page and you will see ‘My OK Loyalty Chips’ and underneath. your current available rewards and existing codes. Simply click ‘Apply Now’ if you have an existing code – this will automatically apply the 10% discount to your order*. If you have a reward that’s available to claim, click ‘Get It’. The page will refresh and your code will appear under ‘Existing Valid Reward codes’ and you can then follow the steps above to apply it to your order.
Note: If you try the ‘Get It’ button and it doesn’t work, please try copying and pasting the full code into the discount code box at the top of the page. If you are still having problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.
