TAKING YOUR E CIGARETTE ABROAD
E cigarette & vaping laws vary drastically from country to country so always check before taking your e cigarette abroad. We recommend checking the laws in your destination country before you even leave home. Otherwise, you could have your vape kit taken off you when going through security. To help you out, we’ve compiled a list of the vaping laws throughout the world, current as of July 2017.

COUNTRIES WHERE VAPING IS LEGAL BUT RESTRICTED
- Bosnia & Herzegovina
- Costa Rica
- Czech Republic
- Hong Kong
- Mexico (although you can’t buiy or distribute e cigarette or vape products)
- New Zealand
- South Korea
- The Netherlands
- USA (You should be aware that regulations vary throughout different states. Check out this useful guide to the different state e cigarette laws).
Please note that all of these countries may have varying restrictions on where you can vape e.g. in bars, public places etc and who can buy them.
COUNTRIES WHERE IMPORT & SUPPLY IS LIMITED OR PROHIBITED
You may still be able to take your vape products to these countries for personal use but always check before you go as the laws are often changing.
Definately do not take your E Cigs to Thailand – They’re completely banned here and you could end up in prison for vaping
A bit of a strange one as you are allowed to import nicotine but once you are in possession, it becomes illegal, so tread carefully. They’re also renowned for their strict border control so again, you could run into issues. We recommend contacting the airport your flying into before you go. Please also note that rules can vary throughout the different states
