What to do if your Zing Vape Pen or Ego battery isn’t working < Go Back

The Zing CE4 e-cigarette is our best-selling e-cigarette with a clearomizer, enjoyed by thousands of vapers. Occasionally we get asked what to do if the battery isn’t working, so here we list three easy things to check:

2. Vape Batteries – make sure the battery is unlocked

One of the safety features of the Zing CE4 e-cigarette is the lock feature, which stops the battery when it’s not in use. To unlock or lock the Zing CE4 simply press the button 5 times in quick succession.

There’s one button on the side of the Zing CE4. Press it 5 times to lock / unlock.

2.  Check the e-cigarette charger

If you’ve checked to see if the battery has unlocked and that hasn’t worked, the next thing to check is the charger. If the charger is working properly, the small LED will glow red if the vape battery is charging or green if the vape battery is fully charged. If the charger’s LED doesn’t light up at all when the battery is attached, it may be that there is a problem with the USB port/power source you have connected it to. We suggest trying it in a different USB port or power source.

3.If all else fails – send it back

Very occasionally the vape battery or charger is faulty and stops the e-cigarette from working. If the above steps don’t work for you, please return your Zing battery back to us along with its charger and a note to explain the issue / fault. Please send to:
